Item availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our eBoutique, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, you will be notified by email. Refunds for out of stock items will be processed as quickly as possible, but please note that it may take up to three business days for the funds to be available to your method of payment.

What are the estimated shipping times?
DOMESTIC ORDERS
Domestic order time frames depend on the method of shipping you select at the checkout. Please check our Shipping Information page for more details.

INTERNATIONAL
We currently use TNT for all international orders. We estimate that it will take approximately 5-7 business days for an international order to be received from the shipping date.

What about Customs and Import Duties?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and are unable to provide estimates of what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, to ensure you are aware of the costs you can expect to pay.

Please note: we cannot accept returns on parcels where customers refuse to pay customs duties. If you refuse to accept delivery on your order due to duties payable, you will NOT receive a refund from OneTeaspoon.

Can I combine orders?
Unfortunately we are unable to combine orders.

Can I use multiple credit cards for my purchase?
At this moment, we can only accept one credit card per transaction.

I have a credit voucher. How long is it valid for?
All online credit vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

What do I do if my credit Voucher is not working?
CREDIT VOUCHERS TAKE UP TO 24 HOURS TO BE ACTIVATED, SO PLEASE WAIT UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY AFTER RECEIVING YOUR VOUCHER TO MAKE A PURCHASE.

Please ensure that you are entering your credit voucher into the ‘GIFT VOUCHER’ field on the Shopping Cart page, (before you go through to the payment screen) and clicking the ‘CHECK’ button. The amount of the voucher will be applied to the total of your order in the ‘DISCOUNT’ field when you go to complete payment.

If your voucher is still not working, we recommend testing the voucher on a different browser, or updating your current browser.

Can I pre-order an item?
At this stage we are unable to take pre-orders. If you would like to be added to a mailing list for a certain item, you can contact online@oneteaspoon.com.au.

I made a mistake with my order, what can I do?
You will need to contact customer service no more than 30 minutes after your order was placed by calling 1300 221 559 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. If your order was placed outside of business hours, please contact us first thing on the following business day. We will do our best to update your order before items are shipped where possible.

I would like to return an item that I have received recently. What is the process?
You will need to contact our customer service team for a Return Authorisation (R.A Number). Please refer to our Returns page for all returns information. Certain items cannot be returned, including all sale items, earrings, intimates, swimwear, bodysuits and homewares.

Do you ship worldwide?
We do indeed, though we are not able to ship to all countries. Please see our delivery section for more information.

How can I work out my size?
For all sizing queries, please see our size chart and measurement instructions. All models are wearing an Australian size 8/S unless stated otherwise.

Homewares
Where do you ship homewares?
We currently only ship large homewares items (cushions and wall décor) to Australian Capital Cities and Major Metropolitan areas. Furniture is available for pick up from our warehouse only. For any enquiries, please email online@oneteaspoon.com.au.

I saw an item in store that is not available online, how can I order it?
Due to the huge range of homewares we have on offer, with many of them being unique items, not all products are available to purchase online. If you are interested in purchasing an item you have seen in store, the best thing is to contact the store directly using our store locator.

What is the dispatch time on homewares?
Homewares items require extra care when packing, so please allow an extra 1-2 days for the item to be dispatched from our warehouse, as well as the postage time.

Can I return homewares?
We do not offer returns on homewares items unless they are deemed faulty. Please choose carefully.

 


DELIVERY INFO


AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC ORDERS
There are two delivery options available for apparel orders: Standard Delivery and express. Conditions apply for Same Day Delivery – please see below. Please note that orders that contain items from the homewares collection can only be sent by the Standard Delivery method and have specific conditions detailed below.

All deliveries are made by registered courier and will require a
signature upon delivery; therefore we are not able to ship to PO boxes. If you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, please give all relevant details such as business name, level and/or suite number. OneTeaspoon will not accept responsibility for any loss or inconvenience suffered by customers due to the supply of an incomplete or incorrect address.

Orders are delivered between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Please note that deliveries are not made on weekends.

Orders placed by 10am AEST/AEDT will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 10am AEST/AEDT will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed within 24 hours of the following business day.

In the event that an item in your order is unavailable, the processing time may vary. (Please see
FAQs section for more information on Stock Availability).

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your consignment (tracking) number once your order is ready for shipping. If you have any queries about your delivery after the item has been shipped, please contact the relevant carrier directly with your consignment number.

Express Delivery

Express orders are sent with TNT Australia and charged at a flat rate of $10.00. Shipping times vary between 1-2 business days depending on your location.

Delivery for homewares

Delivery of orders that contain items from the homewares collection is charged at a $20 flat rate for Standard Delivery. Shipping times vary from 2-5 business days depending on your location. These orders are sent with Couriers Please to Australian capital cities and metropolitan areas.

At this time, we are unable to deliver outside of these areas, but you may be able to organise your own courier by
contacting our Customer Service Team before placing your order.

Re-delivery

All delivery methods require a signature from the customer upon receipt of the parcel. For this reason, we recommend sending your parcel to an address that will be attended during business hours. If there is no one available to accept your order, you will need to contact the relevant carrier to arrange pick up (often from the carrier’s depot) or re-delivery. OneTeaspoon will not accept liability for any inconvenience or costs caused by missed deliveries or re-delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are shipped with TNT. Shipping times vary from 2-10 business days depending on your location. International shipping is calculated at the checkout, and the final cost depends on the exact destination of the delivery address and the weight of the items ordered. Delivery times are a guide only and OneTeaspoon will not accept responsibility for any loss or inconvenience suffered by customers due to any delays in delivery.

Please note that orders that contain large items from the homewares collection cannot be sent to locations outside of Australia. Please check the item description for more information before placing your order.

Customs and Import Duties

International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties that may be applied by customs at the destination country, and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and are unable to provide estimates of what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable ‘merchandise’. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a ‘gift’ for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

RETURNS

What do i do if i''m not happy with my purchase?
IF YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AND YOU'RE NOT HAPPY WITH THE WAY IT FITS, WE WILL GLADLY RECEIVE YOUR GOODS BACK AND ISSUE YOU WITH A CREDIT VOUCHER. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNLESS THE GOODS ARE FAULTY.

YOU WILL NEED TO REQUEST AN R.A (A 'RETURN AUTHORISATION') FROM OUR EBOUTIQUE TEAM. PLEASE EMAIL ONLINE@ONETEASPOON.COM.AU OR CALL US ON 1300 221 559. PLEASE HAVE ALL THE PAPERWORK HANDY THAT YOU RECEIVED WITH YOUR ORDER FOR FASTER PROCESSING. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR RETURN WITH OUT AN R.A.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNWASHED (INCLUDING DRY CLEANING), UNWORN, UNDAMAGED WITH ALL TAGS AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING INTACT. 

YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT US FOR AN R.A. WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT, AND THE PRODUCT MUST BE RECEIVED BY ONETEASPOON WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE R.A. WE RECOMMEND CUSTOMERS SEND BACK THE GOODS VIA REGISTERED OR EXPRESS POST SO THAT YOU CAN TRACK YOUR PARCEL. ONETEASPOON CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR RETURN PARCEL, SO PLEASE ENSURE YOU CAN TRACK IT TO MAKE SURE WE RECEIVE IT.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I HAVE SENT MY ITEMS BACK?
A CREDIT NOTE WILL BE ISSUED TO YOU VIA EMAIL (12 MONTH EXPIRY), WHICH YOU CAN REDEEM AT ANY TIME. THE CREDIT NOTE WILL BE EMAILED TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS USED TO PLACE THE ORDER.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY GARMENT?
EVERY GARMENT SENT TO YOU IS QUALITY CHECKED FIRST, HOWEVER IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY GARMENT WE WILL HAPPILY REPLACE IT OR REFUND YOU. YOU WILL NEED TO CALL OUR EBOUTIQUE TEAM ON 1300 221 559 OR EMAIL ONLINE@ONETEASPOON.COM.AU SO WE CAN ISSUE AN R.A. NUMBER.

ARE THERE ANY ITEMS I CANNOT RETURN?
FOR HYGIENE REASONS WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON EARRINGS, SWIMWEAR, BODYSUITS, BODICES AND INTIMATES, UNLESS THE GOODS ARE DEFECTIVE. WE ALSO DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON HOMEWARES.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS OR ITEMS PURCHASED DURING SPECIAL PROMOTIONS OR DISCOUNT OFFERS, UNLESS THE GOODS ARE DEFECTIVE.

BUST - WITH A BRA ON AND YOUR CLOTHES OFF, MEASURE AROUND THE FULLEST PART OF BUST AND UNDER THE ARMS. KEEP THE TAPE STRAIGHT ACROSS YOUR BACK.

WAIST- WHILE IN A RELAXED POSITION, MEASURE AROUND THE NARROWEST PART OF YOUR NATURAL WAIST. KEEP THE TAPE SOMEWHAT SNUG, BUT STILL COMFORTABLY LOOSE.

HIPS - STAND WITH YOUR LEGS AND FEET TOGETHER AND MEASURE AROUND THE FULLEST PART.
